Eclipse MMC is delivered with the back-office tool that allows you to access at any time the status of the equipment in the rooms, and be capable of knowing if your installation is 100% operational.
In Full IP, you can access this information via an Internet browser at a specific address. You then have access to an equipment monitoring interface.
In the event of a problem, Eclipse MMC has a remote management module allowing Locatel teams to take control of your installation in order to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
