Each Guest is unique - the services offered through the TV can automatically reflect the Guest's expectations - based on Language, Genre etc.

The content proposed with the Eclipse Interactive TV system can be very easily customised. To do this, you simply need to fill in the profile of your customers at the desk and the system will automatically adapt to their profiles. In this way, the language of the TV system will be adapted to match, and the TV channels on offer that correspond to the profile will be pushed to the fore, along with the web radio channels, RSS feeds or VOD films.   

Furthermore, E-Server allows groups of rooms to receive specific information. Essentially, E-Server allows you to target and communicate specific messages to Groups and Parties of Guests
