A convergent application on mobile phones: keep in contact with your customers!

Locatel has developed a web-based application (WiFi or 3G) for smartphones which enables you to stay in contact with your customers even when they are outside the hotel. The information broadcast on your televisions via Eclipse can also be broadcast on your customers' phones: hotel services, e-concierge services, list of TV channels and programmes, list of VOD films. If the customers wish, they can also use this application as a remote control for all interactive TV functions.

In particular, the Locatel Smartphone app enables you to further increase the efficiency of the e-concierge service:

• The route map for recommended places is displayed directly on the phone with the real-time location of the user (when the phone is GPS-enabled), even when the user is outside your hotel walls.
• If the Guest wants to contact a place of interest, the app will connect them - putting them straight through
